如果是你，你是否会被气死了呢

很久没有来更新了

因为来来去去多数都是跟工作有牵连

也不知该写些什么

有时是

越写它

你会越气愤

但是

有时却会认为

同过这里至少它还能让我发泄些

圆规症状先前有提到公司的这位同事

还有这个

这些天她又惹了很多让人气煞的事情发生

前些天

因为 company's auditor needed some confirmation reply from company's customer

所以

把电话号码往那个customer的公司打去

跟customer的会计小姐哈啦了些东西

把正事整理好后

那小姐突然杀了句话道

"you had double billed us for few invoices for the same project under same PO,

didn't you know that?"

我不知该怎样去接下句回应她

只有陪笑脸回她道

"I will go and check and will revert to you asap"

因为好心

assist my superior to dig out all the documents

in the first place my superior said

just let her go and check and let her revert to the customer instead of i offer my

helping to solve that problem

因为我能想象到她会以怎样的方式来对待

正如我想象的情景发生了

当我把email sent out to her to tell her how is the stories about the double billing

she not even bother go and check out why she will double bill the customer

she just directly go to my superior and claimed that

my superior make the first billing and dinnot inform her and she bills customer again

that's make the double billing happened

So my superior asked me what's customer want

i told my superior that customer wants us to issue her credit note for the double

billing invoices they discovered

So my superior approved to ask her issued the credit note

guess what's happened again

credit notes had being issued out but the credit note didnot split out the cost and

the GST

my superior asked the girl why didnot split out the cost and GST portion

the girl replied that my superior didnot tell her that she need to split the cost

and the GST

after few rounds finally credit note had being correctly issued

当她去上洗手间时

我的上司开声道

such a simple task needed so many round then only can been solved

I cannot give any comment to my superior

my replied to my superior was

i would rather i do that by myself instead of let she go and finished the task

because

肯定是会更气煞
