很久没有来这里图写了
因为
来来去去的都离不开公司的话题
所以
也不怎么的想来报导了
新年
再多一个星期多就到来
心情没有什么不同
公司还有准备收工宴
期待当天的到来
过年
直觉上不过跟平时没有什么不同
过年不过是让我们这些外地工作的游子
可以回家
跟家人或朋友相聚的机会罢了

如果是你，你是否会被气死了呢
很久没有来更新了
因为来来去去多数都是跟工作有牵连
也不知该写些什么
有时是
越写它
你会越气愤
但是
有时却会认为
同过这里至少它还能让我发泄些
圆规症状先前有提到公司的这位同事
还有这个
这些天她又惹了很多让人气煞的事情发生
前些天
因为 company's auditor needed some confirmation reply from company's customer
所以
把电话号码往那个customer的公司打去
跟customer的会计小姐哈啦了些东西
把正事整理好后
那小姐突然杀了句话道
"you had double billed us for few invoices for the same project under same PO,
didn't you know that?"
我不知该怎样去接下句回应她
只有陪笑脸回她道
"I will go and check and will revert to you asap"
因为好心
assist my superior to dig out all the documents
in the first place my superior said
just let her go and check and let her revert to the customer instead of i offer my
helping to solve that problem
因为我能想象到她会以怎样的方式来对待
正如我想象的情景发生了
当我把email sent out to her to tell her how is the stories about the double billing
she not even bother go and check out why she will double bill the customer
she just directly go to my superior and claimed that
my superior make the first billing and dinnot inform her and she bills customer again
that's make the double billing happened
So my superior asked me what's customer want
i told my superior that customer wants us to issue her credit note for the double
billing invoices they discovered
So my superior approved to ask her issued the credit note
guess what's happened again
credit notes had being issued out but the credit note didnot split out the cost and
the GST
my superior asked the girl why didnot split out the cost and GST portion
the girl replied that my superior didnot tell her that she need to split the cost
and the GST
after few rounds finally credit note had being correctly issued
当她去上洗手间时
我的上司开声道
such a simple task needed so many round then only can been solved
I cannot give any comment to my superior
my replied to my superior was
i would rather i do that by myself instead of let she go and finished the task
because
肯定是会更气煞
还有很多好写呢

superior didnot turn up to work
last night at about 9plus
received a sms
mentioned that my superior today cannot turn up for work
anyway
whether she come to office or not
i need not to seek for her permission to do my work
so that doesnot matter
she had come to work or not
reached office at 9am
door was locked
boss gave me his key to open the office
at around 920am
get to know from the Ms HR that the other girl didnot turn up too
wondering my superior know this matter or not
received a sms

before went back from work
had a quick chat with superior
we chat about the adjustment entries which being discovered
i brought this out to her

为你烦
很久没有来这里涂鸦了
新工作没有什么特别的不同
多数都是大同小异的东西
但是
有很多adjustment 需要做
真的很佩服我的上司
可以很容忍另一个同事
有时
吃午餐的时候会有聊到她
我的上司都拿她没折
上司所能说的是
情愿她自己去整理好过给"她"弄到更多"麻烦"
上司说
先前因为上司忙不过来
老板把她放到去帮上司
以便她自己离开
但是
好像似
她没有要离开的意为
所以就那么的放任她
从新的整理过payment vouchers
discovered that there was a lot of entries needed for adjustment entries to be done
what i can said that was
吐血

零八年的第一天
零八年的第一天还有多五个小时多就要完了
明天
又要开工了
今天
没有什么特别
就是在家休息罢了
早上起身看八频道的卡通
过后
接到一个朋友的电话跟她约后出去
四点多赶回我预约的地点
忙完后
回家了
就这样一天让我用尽了

hurray granted half day off for new year
wah..
this company's staff really keen of bullying the boss of the company
in the first place
staff keep mumbling themselve about most of their friends were on either half day time off or
work till 3pm for the day
During lunch hour at 1230pm just now
PA sent a sms to boss to ask for whether are we going to have the same benefit
thought of we wont have half day time off
but just now
PA came in and told us that boss will grant us to knock off at 4pm
everyone was awaiting for the time to reach....
